少し前までは一部コンテンツに動画を使用することで、目に止まるというサイトが多かったと思います。
最近ではこういったイラストをアニメーションとしてコンテンツに入れるというサイトも増えてきたように思えます。
イラスト全体を動かすのではなく、シネマグラフのように部分的に動かすことで、自然と目をひくデザインになっているように感じます。
